The key to maintaining stable operation of deep groove ball bearings under high-speed operating conditions lies in their precision design and manufacturing process. Material selection is crucial. We use high-quality high-carbon chromium bearing steel, which has excellent wear resistance and fatigue strength and can maintain stable performance for a long time under high load and high-speed conditions. At the same time, we have also developed deep groove ball bearings using ceramic balls. In addition, we designed a sealing structure to prevent lubricant leakage and external contaminants from entering, further improving the reliability and service life of the bearings.
We also focus on the assembly and testing of deep groove ball bearings. During the assembly process, we strictly control every link to ensure that the assembly accuracy of the bearings reaches the highest level. Before leaving the factory, we conduct strict performance tests on each deep groove ball bearing, including high-speed operation tests, noise and vibration tests, etc., to ensure that each bearing can operate stably under high-speed conditions.
Regarding the maximum speed, the maximum speed of deep groove ball bearings of different sizes and types is different. Generally speaking, small-sized deep groove ball bearings can reach tens of thousands of revolutions per minute (RPM), while large-sized bearings have a relatively low maximum speed due to limitations of centrifugal force and heat accumulation. Taking one of our high-precision small-size deep groove ball bearings as an example, its maximum speed can reach 80,000 RPM, while the maximum speed of large-size bearings is usually between 5,000-10,000 RPM.
