Bao li Bearing has effectively improved the corrosion resistance of Deep Groove Ball Bearing 60 Series through surface treatment technologies such as blackening/blueing, anodizing and electrochemical nickel plating.
Blackening/blueing can form a dense oxide film on the surface of the bearing, which can isolate air and moisture and effectively prevent corrosion. Anodizing increases the thickness of the oxide layer through electrolytic treatment, further improving corrosion resistance. Electrochemical nickel plating forms a dense metal nickel protective layer on the surface of the bearing, greatly reducing the risk of oxidation and corrosion, and ensuring the long-term stability of the bearing in harsh environments.
Optimizing surface roughness and improving contact stiffness
Surface roughness is an important factor affecting bearing performance. In the production of Deep Groove Ball Bearing 60 Series, Bao li Bearing uses processes such as mechanical polishing and grinding to significantly optimize the surface roughness of the bearing and improve the contact stiffness.
Through mechanical polishing and grinding, macro defects such as burrs and scratches on the bearing surface can be effectively removed, and the surface roughness is significantly reduced. This not only improves the contact stiffness and positioning accuracy of the bearing, but also effectively reduces the vibration and noise generated during operation, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the system.
